Who's your closest neighbor, mentally?
Politically?
What sort of vision do you have for the future?
Is it the right time to adapt a model in decline,
like universal democracy?
Where the states decompose in the west?
Aren't there other energies at work here?
That should be integrated into new forms of governments
now that we make the effort to invent them?

I mean, why fighting corruption?
Maybe its a way to get things done?
In gangs and families, via friends of friends?
The art-system does it.
So, why not developing a third democracy?
Where official and informal go 
hand in hand?
To be more effective?
What else is the mafia if not
institutionalized relations?
And you say you miss institutions?
Maybe each receptionist is one?
One institute at a time!

Do you dream or fantasise?
And do you put it into action?
Sometimes?
Who's bigger, you or your ideas?

Its maybe time to get corrupted with each other
to do some things
to be gangs with own rules
as long as they're needed
and fresh


Developing new forms of government,
maybe the mafia is not such a bad model?
At least it works.
